School Store
Many schools across the country have a PTA where money is collected and used throughout the year to give back to students in creating a fun, meaningful high school experience. The school store gives Northeast the ability to do the same. The school store operates nearly every day during all lunch shifts, commencing 10 minutes after the lunch shift begins. After students have completed the lunch line, they have the opportunity to visit the school store to acquire food or retail items. Profits generated by the school store contribute to our student activities budget.

Northeast's student council members run the store every day.

RHEANNA EGLI | NORTHEAST HIGH
Dr. Jennifer Collier · Superintendent-Kansas City Public Schools
“My mother is a former teacher and Principal in Kansas City, and I had an opportunity to observe her, and other dedicated African American educators provide meaningful learning opportunities for students in Kansas City. Observing their work and impact, inspires me to strive each day to lead and work in a way that advances equity, access and opportunities for the students in KCPS, where I serve.”
